Order
procedure |
- Purchase our paintings online
Choose your paintings from our gallery. As you select them, put
them in your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items
you desire, use the submit button to place your order. We will
reply to your email address, with an order serial number verifying
receipt of your order.
- If you wish to customize your order, or have our artists reproduce
an oil painting to your specifications, please forward a copy,
by photograph to us, or provide specific details of your request.
Our artists can produce products to your specifications.
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order,
and provide pricing for the order you have placed.
- Upon receipt of our pricing, for the paintings you have requested,
we require you to forward payment in the amount of 50 % of the
total pricing quotoed to you. This money is used to cover some
of our operating expenses in making the paintings you have ordered.
- We will arrange for our artists to paint your requested paintings.
The average time for completion of a painting is 45 days. Your
order is dependent on complexity, and the number of paintings
ordered. If you need a specific schedule for your order, please
contact us for details.
- Upon completion of your paintings, we will forward photographs
of the paintings for your review. You will have the option to
request modifications based on the photographs provided. If you
except the photographs as presented, your paintings will be forwarded
to your attention. If modifications are required, based on you
requests, we will supply a forecast for the new ship date.

Please note we will work with all customers to make any changes
requested, but reserve the right to cancel any order, with no
refund of the 50 % pre-payment, if repeated requests for changes
can not be resolved.

We include the cost of conventional international postal service
in our pricing. We will pay expenses associated with this method
of delivery. If alternate methods are required, we will process
shipping methods to your request. You will be required to forward
prepayment based on a quote for the method you select. Please
contact us for details and coordination of special shipping
requests.

About
price |
- We include the cost for international surface postal service
in our pricing. If you have a special requirement, please inform
us. We will be glad to work with you on coordination of the method
you request. We do require pre-payment of associated expenses
involved with special shipping requests.
- We will respond with pricing for all orders received, and accepted
by our administrator. You are required to confirm the order, with
the pricing stated, within 30 days of our offer.

dispatch |
- Within China, surface postal services will allow the arrival
of your paintings within 10 days of our shipment. We will notify
you of our shipment date. International orders may vary dependent
on locations.

Quality
guarantee |
- When your paintings are finished, we will forward photographs
of the paintings via email for your review. You will need to respond
within 10 days stating your acceptance as shown in the photographs,
or requesting any changes you may desire. Your painting will be
shipped after your confirmation of the photographs.
- If for some reason, upon receipt, you are not satisfied with
the paintings, please return them to use by prepaid shipment.
Please provide instructions for the modifications you wish our
artists to make. We will process minor modifications at no cost.
